Join us for cozy wine pairing dinners at out Restaurant throughout June to September. Dinners feature a menu especially created by our Executive Chef, Shan-marie, and feature our Pont de Val wines.

Menu:

Starter:
Smoked Haddock and Cheddar Arancini fried till golden brown served on a green pea volute and complimented by spicy tomato salsa and basil pesto, topped with a crispy fried potato nest. Paired with our Pont de Val 2020 Sauvignon Blanc.

Palate Cleanser:
Pont de Val 2015 Chardonnay MCC Sorbet.

Mains:
Slow braised beef brisket roll served on a bed of parmesan polenta, roasted baby onion, sautéed green beans and pan fried mushrooms, accompanied by a Bordeaux style jus. Paired with our Pont de Val 2021 Shiraz.

Dessert:
Chocolate Creameux with orange churro, orange curd and chocolate ganache with hazelnut streusel, and brandy ice cream. Paired with our Pont de Val 2021 Rose.

Cheese Course:
Parmesan tulle cone filled with Hanepoort poached pear, goats cheese mousse and pink wine pearls. Paired with our Pont de Val 2020 La Grande Evasion.

Any dietary requirements may be communicated to us in advance. Guest arrival is at 17:00, dinner starts at 18:00.
