Love is in the air! Join us for an evening of romantic elegance at Pont de Val Restaurant.

For R1595 per couple, lovebirds can look forward to a red carpet with a welcome drink and saxophone performance on arrival. Couples will then be shown to our new Instagrammable photo spot – a steel hot air balloon at sunset. After the event, 4-5 professional images will be sent via email. Bellflower will ensure a beautiful table set-up where the four-course wine pairing dinner will be served.


Starter paired with Pont de Val Sauvignon Blanc:
Pork Belly Cubes glazed with Plum Sauce and served on a bed of creamy Pommes Puree, complimented by Pineapple & Coriander Salsa
Salmon And mango tartare, red caviar, teriyaki sauce and fresh lime zest
Grilled halloumi and strawberry on a bed of fresh Cucumber and rocket with mix berry vinaigrette (v)

Main paired with Pont de Val Pinotage
Grilled beef fillet heart shaped prawns with Flavored truffle oil mash potato, beetroot and butternut puree accompanied by whole grain mustard red wine jus.
Sundried and coriander Stuffed Chicken roulade – grilled polenta toped parmesan cheese, glazed baby Carrots, baby onion shells and butternut Cubes.
Stuffed gorgonzola gnocchi with warm beetroot puree, parmesan shavings and garlic crumbs (V)

Dessert paired with Pont de Val Rose
Valentine Strawberry Rose Cheesecake fresh strawberry slices, Meringue drops and a scoop of vanilla Ice cream.
Red velvet cake, strawberry campout, fresh berry served with fresh whipped cream and baby apple.
