Starter: Potato Gnocchi sauteed in Roasted Tomato Compote and served with Crumbed Mozzarella and complimented by Basil Pesto, Balsamic Reduction and Toasted Walnuts.

Slow Roasted Beef Brisket Roll rubbed with Rosemary & Dijon Mustard. Served with Tempura Onion Rings, Red Wine Jus, Horseradish and Sweet Mustard.
