Does it include food?
Food is NOT included with this set-up. Le Grande Marché (on-site store) is also fully stocked with picnic food and beverages. Pick what you like on the day, or pre-order a picnic box HERE
What do I do when I arrive?
Upon arrival, inform a friendly Experience Coordinator of your set-up and you will be taken to your spot!
Where will my spot be and what will it look like?
Our team will select the best spot based on availability, spots can’t be guaranteed or booked upfront. Soft floral and earthy colours are used, colours schemes are also based on availability and can’t be guaranteed.
What if it rains?
No stress, we’ll move your set up under roof. Or if the weather prevents it entirely we can offer a rescheduling option.
Can I cancel or postpone?
Should you wish to postpone your booking, we require 48 hours’ notice. No refunds on payments received.
