Creamy spinach and feta phyllo parcel served with whipped feta and garlic and parmesan crust

Lemon and Mint Sorbet Palate Cleanser

Pan seared kingklip with parmesan baby potatoes, roasted tomato and basil confit and lemon butter sauce

Garlic and rosemary marinated lamb chops swerved with mashed potatoes and seasonal veg complimented by a minted red wine jus
