Musical Artist Information
If your application is successful, you will be granted a performance slot at the festival, where you can showcase your talent to a vibrant audience.
Artist Package & Benefits
- Performance Fee: R3,500 per set (recievable)
- Exclusive Access: Private holding room for the day
- Hospitality: Light lunch platter and 4 bottles of water for the artist and crew
- Complimentary Festival Access: 5 free entry passes for your team
- Technical Support: Full professional stage setup provided
Culinary Stall Requirements & Costs
- Stall Fee: R500 per stall
- Food Compliance: A valid Certificate of Acceptability for Food is required
- Facilities: Electricity points will be provided
- Visual Guidelines: Stalls must align with the festival’s overall event design and aesthetics.
Art & Designer Stall Requirements & Costs
- Stall Fee: R250 per stall
- Visual Guidelines: Stalls must complement the festival’s overall design and aesthetics
- Branding: Designer’s logo and name must be clearly visible
- Facilities: A table will be provided.
All applications will be carefully reviewed and are subject to approval. Final confirmation for successful participants will be provided by 1 May 2025.
